Hello,
My name is Leo Schulze, and I am the founder of the Léoré Group.
I am interested in people, ideas and projects that take responsibility and seek to create lasting positive change. Léoré brings together subjects that matter to me personally: dialogue, culture, entrepreneurship, design and social responsibility.
One idea has been particularly important to me from the very beginning: we often hear a great deal about what is going wrong—about crises, conflicts, uncertainty and developments that cause concern. These issues matter and should not be overlooked. At the same time, I believe society also needs spaces that show what is working, what is growing and where people are already developing solutions.
This is precisely where Léoré aims to contribute. Not through a naively positive outlook that glosses over problems, but through a constructive approach. It is about looking more closely: Who is taking responsibility? Which ideas can provide direction? Which projects create trust, education, dialogue or wider social value?
To me, constructive journalism means showing not only where something is missing, but also where something is emerging. Léoré seeks to bring visibility to people and projects that may not be the loudest, but create meaningful change through care, conviction and perseverance. I believe these stories deserve greater attention.
In my work, I consider it essential to listen carefully, understand connections and give ideas a clear form. This often involves structuring thoughts, bringing people together and presenting projects in ways that make their true substance understandable. I believe good communication should not make something appear greater than it is—it should show more clearly why it matters.
Léoré was created from the desire to build a place for knowledge, dialogue and impact. A space for meaningful conversations, responsible projects and long-term thinking. Not a loud organisation, but a growing structure that seeks to build trust and bring people into conversation.
What I do can perhaps best be described as connecting work. I focus on communication, strategic development, editorial formats and projects that bring together people, ideas and perspectives. My priority is not immediate attention, but clarity, reliability and substance.
My Connection with Japan
My connection with Japan also holds particular significance for me. Through exchanges with people and projects there, I have learned how valuable respect, patience, attentiveness and mutual trust are in our relationships with one another. These experiences have shaped my understanding of collaboration, communication and responsibility.
Step by step, Léoré is intended to become a network for people, ideas and projects that want to help shape the future responsibly. The focus is not on having the perfect answer, but on being willing to listen, learn and continue developing ideas together.
Ultimately, my aim is to make a contribution: towards greater trust, more dialogue and greater attention for what people are building, improving and seeking to preserve.

Feedback Matters to Me
I consider it important not only to communicate, but also to listen. I therefore welcome feedback, thoughts and honest impressions about Léoré.
Many ideas become stronger when they are discussed with others. Constructive criticism, suggestions and new perspectives help me see things more clearly and continue developing Léoré step by step.
